Landscape Irrigation Design

We design irrigation systems to be able to irrigate within the project watering window, meet the individual water needs of each plant, and zone systems by type of irrigation (rotors, fixed spray, drip, bubbler), and the type of plant (turf, trees, shrubs, groundcovers) to ensure efficient irrigation. In addition, we estimate the water needs of mature trees and shrubs, and design the irrigation system to meet these needs. We believe in providing water to the entire are beneath the canopy of a mature tree to help facilitate the development of a healthy, stable root system. We produce our designs using AutoCAD and Watermark. To ensure turf irrigation systems perform at optimal efficiency, we use Space and Hyperspace to assist with the spacing, layout, sprinkler head, and nozzle selection. This “paper audit” identifies the potential Distribution Uniformity of the sprinkler system prior to installation. It is extremely useful on projects with a Distribution Uniformity performance requirement.
